| | | Laurent Levenq | | Mr. Levenq joined Heritage Alternative Investments in October 2003 and is responsible for Heritage’s French subsidiary Heritage Asset Management. Prior to that, he was Business Development Manager and Partner in charge of alternative investment strategies for the Able funds of hedge funds, based in Paris. In this capacity, he worked closely with CDC IXIS Capital Markets which guaranteed institutional and family office money invested in the funds. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Levenq was Director of Financial Products for Europe at Continental Grain in Paris and subsequently in Geneva where he assumed responsibility for Global Proprietary Trading. Between 1988 and 1993, Mr. Levenq was employed by Pinault Printemps Group (PPR) as Deputy Manager of the Treasury Department in charge of coordinated Treasury and Proprietary Trading operations. In 1995 he became responsible for implementing the bank’s group risk management system. Besides his experience as trader, where he implemented a variety of strategies commonly found in hedge funds, Dr. Heintze has over ten years experience in the hedge fund industry. Mr. Zanone holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Econometrics from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Lausanne. He was also a fund manager for SGIP Marignan in Paris and a management controller at Accor Corporate Services Argentina in Buenos Aires. Mr. Boulte holds a degree in International Business Administration with a Major in Finance from MBA Institute in Paris. He is a Certified International Investment Analyst. | | | | Enrico Laddaga | | Mr. Laddaga joined Banque Heritage in Lugano in October 2009 and is responsible for Business Development. Prior to joining Heritage Enrico Laddaga since October 1999 until May 2009 has been a Client Relationship Manager at Richcourt and a Fund Director for certain Richcourt funds from 2003 until June 2008. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Laddaga worked as an Associate in the Private Banking and the International Financial Planning divisions of J.P. Morgan in New York. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Laddaga was with the Euroclear Operations Center of J.P. Morgan in Brussels, employed as a Professional in the Management Information Planning and Analysis Division. Mr. Laddaga received a Masters Degree in Finance in 1999 from the University of Turin in Italy. He also received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1994 from the European Business School in Brussels. | | | | Stéphanie Rheinboldt | | Ms. Rheinboldt joined Heritage in September 2009 and is assisting the business development team. Mr. Mosteiro holds a diploma is Business Administration from the Escuela Empresariales in La Coruña, a degree in Economics and Business Administration from ICADE Universidad de Comillas in Madrid and a MBA from IESE in Barcelona. | | | | Fernando Piccinini | | Mr. Piccinini joined Heritage in July 2004 and is responsible for the legal structuring of Heritage investment products and services. Prior to joining Heritage, he spent three years at Fidelity Investments in London and Madrid. As senior corporate counsel he was directly involved in the structuring and registration and distribution of Fidelity products throughout Europe. As country legal head for Italy and Spain he participated in the set up and development of Fidelity’s business in these countries. From 1999 to 2000 he worked as legal advisor to the alternative investment department of Banco Santander in Geneva.
